About points
Points are consumed by chat, web research, and image/video generation. Consumption varies by AI model and workload.
Check your balance and usage history anytime from the in-app account page.
Top-up points
Purchase anytime from within the app when your plan's points run short.
Top-up points expire 3 months after purchase and are consumed before your plan's points.
Cancellation & plan changes
Cancel your subscription anytime. Service continues until the end of the billing period; no prorated refunds.
Upgrades apply immediately, with the difference prorated for the remaining period. Point differences are granted on the spot.
Downgrades apply from the next billing period. Until then, your current plan remains active.

Refunds & payment
Due to the nature of digital services, consumed or purchased points are non-refundable.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe (credit card, etc.).
Changes to pricing & plans
Prices, plan contents, point allotments, and top-up pack lineups may change or be discontinued without notice.
If monthly plan prices are revised, existing subscribers will be notified in advance, with changes applying from the next billing period.
Granted and purchased points remain usable until their respective expiry dates even after changes.
