Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

The Service collects and stores: (1) account information (your email address and display name obtained via Google sign-in), (2) content you provide to agents such as conversations and attached files, along with memories and artifacts generated by agents, and (3) service usage data such as point balance, usage history, and settings. For details on Google user data obtained through the optional Google integration, see Section 4.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to provide the Service (retaining agent memory and generating responses), verify your identity and manage your account, handle billing and points, prevent abuse, respond to inquiries, and improve the Service. We do not use it for any other purpose.

3. Transmission to AI Models

To generate agent responses, conversation content and related context are sent to external AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and xAI). Transmission is limited to the purpose of generating responses. We do not provide your content to train AI models.

4. Google User Data (Google Integration)

The Service uses your Google account (OAuth) for sign-in. If you use the features that save agent deliverables to Google Drive or create Google Apps Script projects, we request additional permissions through the optional "Google integration". The permissions (scopes) we request and how each is used are listed below; we never use them for any other purpose.

• openid / email / profile- Obtained at sign-in. Used to identify your account and sign you in, display your avatar, and confirm at integration time that the grant comes from the same Google account.
• drive.file- Obtained with the optional Google integration. Used to save deliverables generated by agents, such as documents, to your Google Drive. This permission only grants access to files created by the Service; we cannot view or modify your existing Drive files.
• script.projects- Obtained with the optional Google integration. Used to create and update Google Apps Script projects on your instruction, and to read the project contents back in order to stay in sync with edits you make directly in the Apps Script editor.

Authentication tokens obtained through the Google integration are stored encrypted and used only to perform the features above. Content retrieved through the integration (such as the contents of your Apps Script projects) may be processed by the AI models described in Section 3 solely to provide the features above, and is never used to train AI models. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your account settings; disconnecting revokes the consent with Google and deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access from your Google account settings ("Third-party apps & services"). We never access any other Google user data, such as Gmail, Calendar, or Contacts.

AgentFlood's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data to third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Read the policy here.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (United States) and kept isolated per account. Payment-related information is processed by Stripe (United States). You may at any time reset your own data (agents, conversations, memories, files) while keeping your account, or close your account (withdraw). Upon closure your data is deleted immediately, but we retain account identifiers (email address, Google account identifier, etc.) and transaction records to prevent improper re-acquisition of free benefits and to operate the service. If your storage usage remains over your plan limit for 30 consecutive days, we may delete stored files after notice, as set out in the Terms of Use. For statutory requests to suspend or erase your data, please contact us via the contact form.

6. Rights to Generated Content and Commercial Use

Rights to text, images, videos, and other artifacts generated through your conversations with agents belong to you, to the extent permitted by law and the terms of the AI model providers. You are free to use generated content for any purpose, including commercial use. However, you may not use it in ways that infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, publicity, etc.), and you are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of the generated content.

7. Cookies and Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

8. Third-Party Sharing and Processors

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. To provide the Service, we delegate processing to infrastructure (Cloudflare), payment processing (Stripe), and AI model providers (Section 3) to the extent necessary. Payment details such as credit card numbers are processed directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), per-account data isolation, and internal access controls.

10. Use by Minors

The Service is not available to children under 13. Minors should use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised in response to changes in law or the Service. If we make material changes, we will announce them in the Service or on this website.
